Study Shed

The study shed, also known as the library, is dedicated to the acquiring of knowledge for the glory of the Lord. Proverbs 2:6-8 says, “For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding; He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of the saints.”

The study shed is located across the driveway from the prayer shed behind 6694 Del Playa Drive. It was originally created to provide a quiet place for residents of the ministry house to study for school. The addition of a Christian resource library has also made it the perfect place for believers across Isla Vista to come and study the word of God.

Believers are invited to use the study shed to dig deeper into the Scriptures with resources like concordances, Bible dictionaries, commentaries, and hundreds of books on Christian living.

IVSOD classes, Real Life core team meetings and other gatherings are held in the study shed each week.
